Through this type of service, we will provide you User ID and password. You have to enter your Basic Health Record (BHR) and update yourself regularly. Using our internet based PHR Management System, you will securely access the account to create and update records containing all the health related information for yourself and the other members of your household.

Access the PHR Management System via internet and fill out the demographic and medical data to create the first comprehensive health record, upload any documents and update from time to time. Present a well-structured summary report or if you prefer, save it and email to whomever you want.

Services Offered

You can also print personal ID Cards or Emergency Info Cards. The data you have entered, besides being accessible to you wherever and whenever you want or need, its privacy is fully protected and storage secured. You will have exclusive control of access to whatever you have in our System.

You have a choice of taking our help for creation of Basic Health Record (BHR). Our one-time fee for the creation of this initial record is INR 500 for Head of the Household and INR 400 for each of the additional members of the household.

You also have the choice of contacting us for help with the updating of the records and we will be glad to do the service. If requested, we can also put together a hard copy of this Basic Health Record for INR 100 or a soft copy on a CD for just INR 20 and also print out ID Cards at INR 50 per each card.
