Through this type of service, we will provide you User ID and password and assist you in entering the Basic Health Record (BHR). You have to update yourself regularly. Although you will be able to create the health record on your own, it is not an easy task. It involves familiarity with the use of computer to access internet, navigate through the hosted software program to enter all the required data and uploading the hard copies of documents, where necessary, after scanning them.

For those who have reasonably good skills in all these activities, it could take anywhere between two to four hours to create the Basic Health Record. Once this is done, periodical updating is much easier.

Upon enrollment, our skilled and trained service representative will collect from you and the other members of your household - all relevant data for entry into the System and get the hard/soft copies of documents that need to be scanned and/or uploaded. Thereby you will be saving the trouble of spending several hours to create the difficult task of creating the first record. Once this is done, it is fairly easy for you to keep it up-to-date from time to time.
