User ID and Password provided will be essentially used to access the BHR/PHR online - by the members of the household or others authorized by them.
Through this type of service, we will provide you User ID and password and will take care in entering the Basic Health Record (BHR). You are also assisted with regular updates. Many users do not have the required time, knowledge or skills needed to create or update their personal health records. To them we offer our fully assisted service, as part of which we put together the first record and also will maintain it through regular updates.
